A little over a year ago, I couldn’t walk without a cane. I was out of shape, tired, and felt bad often. In September 2016, I made life changing decisions to eat better, stop drinking sodas, exercise more, and supplement my wellness goals with the right type of vitamins. I now feel much better, full of energy, and I jog on a treadmill for 30 minutes at least three times a week. In addition to that, I lost 25 lbs. If I can do it, so can you. Let me help you.
